Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Every Gen! Each order is thoughtfully prepared with care. Many of our products are made to order through our trusted production partners, helping us reduce waste while creating items just for you.
Processing Time
Most orders require a minimum of 4 business days for production before they ship. Depending on the product, order volume, and time of year, processing may take 4–10 business days.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery estimates:

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

International: 7–21 business days after shipment (varies by destination)

Multiple Shipments
Because we partner with multiple fulfillment providers, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different delivery dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Every Gen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Every Gen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet entered production, we'll do our best to update it.
