Every Gen was born out of 2 decades in education — years spent in classrooms, hallways, IEP meetings, and late-night lesson planning sessions. Years of watching educators, administrators, support staff, therapists, and families pour everything they have into the children and communities they serve.

Our founder knows this world intimately. As an educator, parent and family member in the education world and special education. And she noticed something: the people who give the most are often the ones who receive the least.

Every Gen was created to change that.

We exist to support, encourage, and celebrate the educators, school leaders, support staff, therapists, and special needs families who show up every single day. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Every Gen.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital products or downloadable files
  • Gift cards

Exception: If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused during production, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and color options before placing your order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Changing your mind after your order has been placed
