To qualify for a return, items must be:

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Digital products or downloadable files
  • Gift cards

Exception: If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused during production, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
