Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are made especially for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Personalized or customized items
- Digital products or downloadable files
- Gift cards
Exception: If a personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused during production, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and color options before placing your order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

- Changing your mind after your order has been placed
